1983 – Roberto Pruzzo scored an overhead kick as a last-minute equaliser as Roma drew 2-2 with Juventus. Bruno Conti had opened the scoring in the second half. Roma finished as runners up to Juventus that season, falling three points short of retaining their title. Also:

Antonio Cassano and Shabani Nonda scored. 2003 – Marco Delvecchio scored to give Roma a 1-0 Coppa Italia Round of 16 first leg win over Palermo. 2002 – Gabriel Batistuta scored a late equaliser in a 1-1 Coppa Italia Round of 16 first leg draw at Triestina. 1994 – Roma beat Padova 2-0 with goals from Aldair and Massimiliano Cappioli. 1992 – Ruggiero Rizzitelli scored a brace as Roma lost 3-2 to Napoli in the Coppa Italia Round of 16 second leg, qualifying for the next round on away goals after a 1-0 win in the home leg. 1988 – Roma won 2-0 at Sampdoria, with goals from Rudi Voller and Daniele Massaro. 1966 – A last-minute own goal gave Roma a 1-0 win over Juventus. 1963 – Roma beat Belenenses 2-1 in the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup Round of 16 first leg. Jurgen Schutz opened the scoring before a late own goal gave Roma the win. 1960 – Francisco Lojacono scored as Roma drew 1-1 with Catania. 1949 – Aleksandar Arangelovich scored a brace for the second game running as Roma drew 2-2 with Lucchese. 1919 – Alfredo Bordonali was born. A midfielder, he played for Roma in the 1946-47 season.
