The Latest AS Roma News
Daniele De Rossi has confirmed that he will leave Roma at the end of the season.
Roma’s captain will bring an end to his 19-year association with the first team, in which he has become the club’s second leading appearance maker of all-time, behind only his former teammate and friend Francesco Totti. De Rossi, a World Cup winner with Italy in 2006, inherited the captaincy from Totti in 2017, and has continued to be the beating heart of the Giallorossi midfield. However, soon to turn 36, he has decided that the time is right to finish his Roma career - although he will keep playing elsewhere. His place in Roma history is guaranteed. Grazie, Daniele.
